Campsite on the Bassin d'Arcachon by the sea
Ideally located 5 km from the waters of the Bassin d'Arcachon and 12 km from the Atlantic Ocean, the 4-star seaside campsite of La Forge invites you to enjoy the calm of the Bassin or the magnificent ocean waves daily for swimming, water activities, and aquatic leisure. Access to the shores of the Bassin, near the salt meadows, takes about ten minutes by car and less than twenty minutes by bike.
You can also reach the Dune of Pilat in half an hour by bike and 15 minutes by car. It takes only 20 minutes to get to the Arbousiers beach and the Pereire beach to the west of Arcachon. The central beach, bordered by the casino, is located 11 km from the 4-star seaside campsite of La Forge in Arcachon. Less than 6 km away, the Hume beach is perfect for enjoying the calm waters of the Bassin with your family. You can reach it in 12 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike along the Landes Canal.
