2 separate bedrooms : 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 190 cm. 1 bedroom with 2 single trundle beds 80 x 190 cm.

Duvets and pillows provided. Sheets and linens not provided.

A living room with a dining area and reversible air conditioning. Flat screen TV and Wifi.

An open and equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, espresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and household utensils. Dishwasher.

1 bathroom with shower, sink. Separate toilet.

Outside : complete garden furniture (1 table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs) on a semi-covered wooden terrace of 15m². 1 allocated parking space. Barbecue on request.

A deposit of 350 € will be requested upon arrival (check or bank imprint). It will not be cashed and will serve as a security deposit for accommodation and cleaning.
